Powerflex Upgraded Polyurethane Suspension Bushings for BMW E30 3 Series Models.
Over time, OEM rubber bushings wear from constant movement, heat, and exposure to road debris. This wear and tear can lead to increased play in the suspension components, affecting handling performance and ride quality. Symptoms of worn bushings include increased body roll during cornering, excessive vibration and noise over bumps, and less precise steering feel.

Notes:
PFF5-303 is an eccentric bushing for the M3. This can be fitted to all models throughout the range giving them increased castor to match the M3 setup.
PFF5-304 is designed to fit models where the sway bar joins lower arm, not the shock absorber.
For the rear trailing arms use either PFR5-306BLK or on-car adjustable bushings PFR5-306GBLK.
PFR5-5630-10 fits cars with standard or aftermarket rear shock absorber with a 10mm pin, PFR5-5630-12 fits cars with aftermarket rear shock absorbers with a 12mm pin. Neither fit Cabriolet models
PFF5-370 only fits vehicles with manual transmission.
